I'm Amen Alebachew Kassa — founder of Amen Creative, a multidisciplinary studio I built at 19. I work at the intersection of design, technology, and education.
Beyond client work, I built the Amen Creative Academy, which has trained 170+ students in professional design across 5 rounds at Haramaya University. Currently developing Skill Mesob, a scalable e-learning platform for creatives across Ethiopia.
I serve as Head of the Creative Community Hub at Haramaya University's Students' Union and work as a Social Media Manager at Every Digital Studio.

WORK EXPERIENCE
- Founded and scaled a multidisciplinary digital agency to 130+ clients and 500+ delivered projects across graphic design, branding, video editing, web development, and social media management.
- Built websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and WordPress for local and regional clients.
- Conducted training sessions on Photoshop and Frontend Web Development.
- Manage brand content strategy, scheduling, and performance analytics for multiple client accounts.
- Develop campaign concepts and produce visual assets aligned to each brand identity.
- Built a full-stack online delivery platform using React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, Express.js and Postman.
- Designed an intuitive UI/UX for seamless customer and admin interaction.
- Conducted system analysis and designed workflow processes, system architecture, and database structures for the university's digital clearance system.
- Analyzed functional and non-functional requirements to ensure efficiency and usability.
- Designed logos, business cards, menus, posters, and print/digital marketing materials.
- Created campaigns for local and regional marketing clients.
